At RHYZARA, we believe that organizations with a mission deserve more than just passion—they deserve a strategy. Too often, nonprofits, schools, and community-driven businesses start with a powerful purpose but lose their way amidst operational challenges, leadership shifts, and external pressures.
That’s why we created RHYZARA—to help organizations stay rooted while growing, evolve without losing their integrity, and build impact that lasts.

Why We Started
At Twalo, our core mission has always been to empower youth by challenging adultism and creating liberatory spaces that embrace young people as their whole selves. However, we recognized a growing need to extend our support beyond direct youth work to include strengthening the organizations themselves.
RHYZARA was born out of the real-life struggles of mission-driven organizations.
After working inside and alongside nonprofits, schools, and advocacy groups, we noticed a pattern:
✔ Leaders were stretched too thin, unable to step back and assess if their work was aligned with their mission.
✔ Staff burnout was skyrocketing, and cultures of polarization and disconnection was leading to high turnover and disengagement.
✔ Programs lacked clear measures of success, making it hard to track real impact, DEI, climate, and culture goals.
✔ Collaboration with community partners was inefficient, often duplicating services rather than enhancing them.
Reconnecting Organizations with Their Core Purpose
Our youth services consulting work has revealed that despite being equipped with brilliant ideas, dedicated personnel, and powerful missions, many organizations still struggle to translate these assets into sustained impact.
Thus, we established RHYZARA as a strategic partner dedicated to helping organizations reconnect with their foundational goals.
